This easy to make mash will make your guests want to lick their plates. Serve them with saucy chicken breasts and a crunchy salad. Cut them into small pieces for quicker cooking time. Enjoy!
Serves 4
Ingredients:
4 medium potatoes
1 tsp salt
4 tbsp butter
1 cup milk
1 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp chives
Method:
Cook the potatoes for 20 minutes in a medium saucepan with water enough to cover the potatoes.
Drain the potatoes, season with salt and mash.
In the same saucepan, heat the butter and milk stirring to combine - do not boil.
Add the butter-milk sauce to the mash, a little a time and keep stirring.
Stir in sour cream.
Add chives and stir.
